Rules

Rental
7 days from Monday 00:00 UTC. Never open-ended.
Bidding window
Opens 6 days before the week, closes 24h before it starts.
Starting price
$10 reserve.
Increment
Beat the high bid by $1 or 5%, whichever is more.
Late bids
A bid in the last 10 min adds 10 min (up to +120 min).
Payment
Card authorization hold for bid + processing fee. Outbid → released right away. Win → captured at close.
Unpaid bids
Checkout links expire after 30 min. A bid counts only once its hold is authorized.

Bids are binding. Your card is authorized (held, not charged) for your bid plus the processing fee. If you are outbid, the hold is released right away. If you win, it is captured when bidding closes. All sales are final.
